Dee Dee Maza

Dee Dee's 25 years in catering, restaurant, and event planning started by managing a stream of family-owned restaurant concepts. Dee Dee entered the catering world when she was awarded the Gainey Suites Hotel Exclusive Catering contract in 1999.  She did countless high-end events for celebrities, dignitaries and royalty. In 2009 she created a new catering concept Ciao Baby Catering and teamed up with Betsy and Brian.

Chef Brian Ford

Chef Brian Ford is a New York City native with a reputation for his creative, unpretentious approach American cuisine. Chef Ford developed a passion for cooking at an early age. Ford graduated from the prestigious French Culinary Institute in New York City and later polished his skills as Executive Chef at Quiessence Restaurant and the Farm at South Mountain. 

Ford’s dishes are simple yet creative and his colorful presentations are best described as "casual contemporary." In 2006, Chef Ford opened Madelyn’s Restaurant & Wine Bar in Anthem Arizona which was named after his daughter, who served as the inspiration for this unique venue.
